RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY:

Dorm (Non-Holiday) 50% deposit for reservation - 48 hr advance cancellation

Privates: non holiday stay less than 7 nights
*A 50% deposit is required to hold reservation
*The balance is due on arrival
*A 14 day advance notice is required in order to receive a full refund minus 10% fee
*Within 14 days, deposits minus 10% fee will be refunded only if spaces resold
Note: Holidays and Stays over 7 nights require 30 day cancellation notice

*The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival
*A 12 week notice is required in order to receive a full refund
